The Photography News 2019 Awards
Posted on Nov 29, 2019
We want your votes – it’s free to enter, and you could win a prize!
We photographers have never had it so good, and it’s fair to say we’re spoilt rotten when it comes to kit available for producing great pictures and videos. This is your chance to celebrate and recognise your favourite of that gear.
Cast your vote here!
You might not think about it very often, but it is easy to take great cameras, pin-sharp lenses and brilliant lighting kit for granted. Yet without all this fabulous gear, taking and making stunning photographs might not be the pleasure that it is – and that is what these awards are all about.
We launched the PN Awards to highlight the wonderful kit we have at our disposal, and it’s a way of saying ‘thank you’ to all those clever people who work hard at creating, innovating and making the gear we spend an awful lot of money on.
We’ve shortlisted items in all of the product categories, and then you get the chance to pick what you think deserves to win. Voting is done online and it’s free – you don’t even have to register to vote. The only categories where we haven’t done any shortlisting are in the service categories, such as Best Retailer – in those you nominate who you think deserves to win. (Where there may be more than one store, please nominate the name of the store group and the individual shop, please.)
Go to photographynews.co.uk to cast your vote, follow the ‘Awards’ link and complete the voting form. You can vote in every category, but if you prefer to vote for just a few categories that is perfectly fine, too. It’s entirely up to you – and thank you in advance for your support.
Vote and win
Everyone who votes in the PN Awards and fills in their details will be put into a random prize draw after the voting ends on 19 February 2020. The prizes are as stated and no alternative or cash will be offered. For more details of the prizes, please go to the Intro 2020 website.
