Print for the planet: Greener Printing Workshop

Posted on May 9, 2023

Join the hands-on photographic print workshop based around greener practices. For those interested in printing for the planet

As the world shifts towards more sustainable and planet-friendly practices, the print industry is no exception and Dupli is taking an experimental approach.

The Photographic Print Workshop aims to answer the question on all printers’ minds: Can you go green without compromising on quality? Inkjet specialist Keith Cooper will run a series of tests to find out.

For the free-to-attend event, Dupli teams up with printing powerhouses Epson and Hahnemühle to give attendees the chance to test the latest printers from Epson using Hahnemühle’s Natural Line Paper. Both brands have taken steps to incorporate environmental practices into their businesses and Dupli wants to investigate the effectiveness.

Dupli’s chief marketing office, Louise Wilce has high, but realistic hopes: “We don’t attest to have all the answers but are curious souls at Dupli and are really excited about taking the first steps on this green voyage of discovery”.

The event kicks off on 24 May at 10am at Dupli HQ in Leicester. You can also attend virtually.
