BenQ launches SW271 professional photography monitor

The 4K UHD 27” monitor, builds upon its award-winning predecessor.

BenQ has added a new model targeted at professional photographers to its monitor range. The SW271 covers 99% of Adobe RGB and 100% of sRGB and Rec. 709. It features a 10-bit IPS panel and an advanced 14-bit 3D lookup table.

The SW721 meets the colour accuracy standards used in Hollywood and entertainment media and has been Technicolor ® Colour Certified. It is supported on the following platforms; Win7 or above, Mac OS 10.6.8 or above, and the following Calibrators; X-Rite i1 Display Pro / i1 Pro / i1 Pro 2 & Datacolor Spyder 4 / Spyder 5.

Offering ease of use the height of the monitor can be adjusted and it can be rotated for use in landscape or portrait format. The SW721 is compatible with standard shading hoods to help block out glare. It also includes an SD card reader, USB 3.1 (Gen 1), USB Type-C TM , HDMI 2.0, and DisplayPort 1.4 ports.
