Benro releases SupaDupa 72 monopod

Posted on Aug 20, 2024

Benro has announced the release of its new SupaDupa 72 monopod

The Benro SupaDupa 72 has been designed to cater for sports and wildlife photographers, offering quick repositioning capabilities. With a lightweight build, the SupaDupa 72 is designed for ease of transport, making it a potential option for photographers who need to move quickly and work in locations where tripods are impractical or prohibited.

Key features of the SupaDupa 72 Monopod include a carbon fibre construction aimed at balancing strength with portability. It extends to a maximum height of 72 inches (183 cm).

The monopod is equipped with a padded grip for comfort during extended use, which can be removed if not needed. Height adjustments are managed through a combination of twist and flip locks.

Additional features include a detachable hand strap for secure handling, a rubber foot with ball bearings for smooth panning, and a spike foot option for added stability on uneven terrain.

The monopod also includes an integrated Arca-compatible tilt head, designed to facilitate tilting and panning movements with repositionable knobs to prevent interference.

The Benro SupaDupa 72 Monopod is priced at £265 and is supplied with a carry case for transport and protection. Visit the Benro website for more information.
