Dupli Champions Imaging for Brain Health

Posted on May 10, 2023

Dupli’s partnership with Alzheimer’s Research UK aims to harness the power of images to create and stimulate memories and brain health

Dupli, a UK supplier of photographic equipment and consumables, has marked its commitment to being a responsible employer as it announces its most recent charity partnership with Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Recent studies into the Cognitive Benefits of Photo Reminiscence Therapy for Dementia Patients report that we could be entering what they describe as a pandemic. The impact of dementia related illnesses on society could see a drastic rise in the cost of care and people living with dementia could suffer from a lack of funding for treatment.

The partnership is promoting their Think Brain Health campaign to promote the role that photographic images can play in creating and stimulating memories.

Marketing manager at Dupli is excited about the project, as “Dupli can reach out into the photographic community to raise awareness of this vital work and the role photography and print can play amongst those affected by this devastating disease”.
