LEE Filters announces the LEE100 Filter

The new Lee100 filter system is an upgrade to an already popular design

The LEE100 filter system is based on the LEE Filter original design, but has been improved based on customer feedback and product testing. Its new design, made from rigid and durable materials, aims to provide more ergonomic handling while still remaining lightweight.

A new feature of the filter is a spring release, which allows one-handed operation, as well as a blue locking dial which allows three settings to be selected; Neutral where the holder can be rotated and quickly moved, Half Lock, allowing the holder to be rotated but still locked to the adapter ring so it cannot be removed and finally Full Lock, where the holder cannot be rotated or removed. Also new is the LEE100 polariser and LEE100 105mm polariser ring.

The LEE100 is compatible with all existing LEE 100mm filters and adapter rings and can be used with up to three slot-in filters. It comes in three new kits: the LEE100 Landscape Kit, which includes the LEE100 filter holder and LEE 0.6 ND medium grad, priced at £140; the LEE100 Long Exposure Kit which Includes the LEE100 filter holder, Big Stopper, Little Stopper and LEE 0.6 ND hard grad, priced at £299; and the LEE100 Deluxe Kit which comes with the LEE100 filter holder, LEE100 Polariser, Big Stopper, LEE 0.6 ND medium grad, LEE 0.9 ND hard grad, LEE 1.2 ND medium grad, 50ml ClearLEE filter wash and ClearLEE filter cloth, for £540.
