Nanlite Forza 720/720B spotlights are sure to dazzle

Posted on Apr 25, 2022

You’ll need sunglasses for this one as Nanlite’s Forza 720 & 720B promise to raise the bar for professional visual creatives.

As the two brightest spotlights in the range, the Forza pair have been built for durability, portability, and the most intense luminosity in mind. They come with enhanced intensity, optimised design, and an upgrade in build quality. A bonus bi-colour feature with an impressive range of 2700k-6500k (for the 720B version) contributes to the blinding glow. Both Forza editions will appeal to those working in professional production.

Launching as a pair, the new Forza 720 & 720B lights have been built to withstand intense day-to-day use with a robust metal framework, offering great protection for the lamp head and control box. The handy protruding antenna booster expands Bluetooth and 2.4G capabilities.

The 720 delivers an impressive high colour rendition score of CRI 95/TLCI 96, while the 720B offers a CRI average 96/TLCI average 97, which ensure the most accurate colour rendering yet. The results include INT Loop, Flash, Pulse, Storm, Paparazzi, and Firework, with many more to be unearthed.

An evolution of the previous archetype Forza, they are supplied with clamp fixes to ensure maximum stability for the control unit on light stands and is equipped with a fast-release mechanism. Both Forza models are ideal for  outdoor and mobile shooting, performing exceptionally well on the advanced power management system.

Further features include an app-controlled, whisper-quiet cooling system – an essential for shoots requiring radio silence by offering smoothness in light control, a wide range of light shaping tools, and a curved yoke with 360° rotation.

The Nanlite 720/720B will be available in the UK to pre-order at the end of May 2022. The 720 Daylight is priced as £1,745 SRP and the 720B Bi-colour retails at £1,963. These prices include VAT.
