Nick Dunmur to talk about AI in photography at Wokingham Photography Club

Wokingham Photography Club will host a talk by photographer Nick Dunmur focusing on the role of generative AI technology in photography

The talk, titled AI – Fear it or Embrace it?, will take place on 26th September 2024 at 8:00pm at Wokingham Photography Club.

Nick Dunmur, with extensive experience in professional photography and a recent postgraduate diploma in law, will discuss the current state of AI technology and its implications for the visual arts. He will address the ethical and legal aspects of AI in image creation.

His background provides a comprehensive view of both the practical and legal challenges in this evolving field.

This talk will be the first event of the new season for the Club and will take place at the Cornerstone in Wokingham.

Attendees, including members and non-members, are welcome to arrive from 7.30pm. Dunmur will deliver his presentation via Zoom, allowing for an interactive discussion.
