Vanguard adds bags to VEO CITY range
Posted on Mar 14, 2024
Vanguard’s range of VEO City bags has been expanded with shoulder bags and backpacks added to the collection. These will sit alongside the existing Technical Pouches and Cross Body Bags. The additions are designed for DSLR and mirrorless cameras systems, along with a selection of associated accessories.
All VEO City bags are made from a durable, water repellent Air Textured Yarn that’s coated in two layers of water-resistant polyurethane. Waterproof zips and a separate rain cover are also included for complete peace of mind, while high density, shock absorbent foam keeps kit protected.
The backpacks come in three sizes, with 12-, 16- and 21-litre capacities available. The largest B46 version (above) will accommodate a pro-sized DSLR or mirrorless camera, up to six lenses, a tripod and a 16” laptop. For security, full access to kit is done through the back of the bag, but some internal re-arrangement can also make top access possible. Expanding side pockets can store water bottles and tripods etc, while internal zipped and mesh pockets are good for accessories, memory cards and valuables.
For comfort, the backpacks feature contoured backs to maximise comfort and improve ventilation, while the straps reduce strain and slipping. Prices range from £179.99 for the smallest B37 model to £219.99 for the largest B46.
The shoulder bags are available in two sizes; seven and ten litres. They’re designed to accommodate a DSLR or large mirrorless model with up to 3-4 lenses, a tripod and a 13” laptop. They also feature internal and external pockets for additional storage and include a space for a power bank to charge cameras and accessories on the go. They cost £149.99 and £169.99.
Both backpacks and shoulder bags come in two colourways – grey and navy blue.
