Western Digital Unveils World’s Highest Capacity 2.5” Portable HDDs

Western Digital is adding 6TB capacities to its WD and SanDisk Professional portable HDD lineups. This new offering includes the WD My Passport portable HDD line and the SanDisk Professional G-Drive ArmorATD.
WD My Passport Ultra
The 6TB WD My Passport Ultra is a slimline USB-C HDD drive with a modern metal design. It includes password protection with 256-bit AES hardware encryption to keep content safe and secure and is available in various colours.

- 6TB WD My Passport Ultra for Mac: £204.99 / $199.99
- 6TB WD My Passport for Mac: £165.99 / $199.99

SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE ArmorATD
The 6TB SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE ArmorATD is designed for adventurous users, offering shock resistance, IP54 rain and dust resistance, and crush resistance.
This drive is designed to protect footage in the field and provide a reliable way to back up photos, videos and files anywhere.
