Samyang Optics unveils XP 50mm f/1.2

The third lens in the premium XP series is for Canon full frame DSLRs

Adding to the XP series of premium photo lenses which includes the XP 14mm F2.4 and the XP 85mm F1.2, the Samyang XP 50mm F1.2 is now the third lens in the range. The XP 50mm F1.2 features 11 lenses in eight groups and to help deliver sharp and vivid images it has an aspherical lens and high-refractive lens, as well as ultra multi-coating to reduce flare and ghosting.

The Samyang XP 50mm F1.2 will be available from March with a suggested retail price of £799.
